The Rockcrusher Portal Lift provides 4” of lift by moving the axle centerline upwards by 4” at the wheel hub, allowing for greater ground clearance under the axle center. By moving the axle centerline, we’re able to maintain factory positions and angle measurements on the upper and lower control arms, CV shafts, and tie rods. The Rockcrusher Portal Lift also provides a wider track width, adding approximately 1.75” to each side. The wider track width allows you to go over or around the well-beaten path left by other UTVs and ATVs.

The Rockcrusher Gear Lift provides 4” of lift by moving the axle center-line upwards by 4” at the wheel hub, allowing for greater ground clearance under the axle center. The Rockcrusher Gear Lift also provides a wider track width, adding approximately 1.75” to each side. The Rockcrusher Gear Lift includes a 1:1,4 gear reduction (about 30%) that helps you gain back the torque lost to larger tires. Each Gear Lift box is crafted from 6160 aircraft-grade billet aluminum that houses three 8620 heat-treated steel gears including a drive gear, an idler gear and a driven gear. The driven gear is purposefully designed to account for increased torque loads as it turns a machined 4140 heat treated spindle with a Nitro Coating. The steel gears are encapsulated inside the Gear Lift box and feature industrial grade wheel bearings while the axle input and the spindle output positions are sealed with high-grade double-lipped seals to prevent mud, water, and debris from entering the GEAR box.
The Rockcrusher Gear Lift is geared for performance by multiplying torque at the wheel. This technology means that less torque is transferred back through the CV axle shafts, differential, and drive-train/suspension components. Simply put, the gear reduction feature of the Rockcrusher Gear Lift greatly reduces worry that axles will fail while you’re on the trails.
Best of all, the Rockcrusher Gear Lift works with all factory and aftermarket parts. We do not recommend adding a lift when the Rockcrusher Gear Lift is installed.
