ARCTIC CAT XT Utility Vehicle - 2006 Prowler XT 2006-oversized

For 07 & newer 650 Prowler models (with new torsion style secondary clutch). Use Part # DA - 650HC for Large tires and High Altitude applications. This new kit now comes with complete “drop in” roller weight assemblies. No pushing or cutting old plastic outer housings. The steel roller / composite assembly is ready to install as it comes and are the proper composite and factory size for complete range of shift of the clutch. Improves acceleration and back shifting and helps restore power lost from installing larger tires on the 650 H-1 Arctic Cat model. When this kit is used with stock tires can result in a slight loss of top speed.

FAQ - What about internal engine mods? Internal engine mods, like cylinder head porting, compression, big bores and especially camshafts of higher lift/longer duration, can definitely change the engine characteristics and sometimes the clutching could be changed even further to optimize performance. Our kits are designed around stock - mildly modded ATV's. Quite often when stepping into extensive engine mods, you may have to do your own field testing to optimize your clutching.
